Baked Fish Japanese Style

Ingredients:

. 1 large lapu-lapu or maya-maya, filleted
. 1 lemon
. Salt
. Togarashi (Japanese pepper)
. 1 whole head of garlic, sliced
. Olive oil
. Japanese mayonnaise

Procedure:

. Season the fish fillet with lemon, salt and togarashi
. Lay flat in an oven safe baking dish
. Pour some olive oil so that the fish does not stick to the pan
. Pre heat oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
. While waiting for the oven to heat up, fry garlic in a pan until golden brown. Drain and then set aside
. Place the fish in the oven and cook for ten minutes
. Remove fish from oven after ten minutes (do not turn off the heat)
. Put Japanese mayonnaise and fried garlic on top of the fish and place back into the oven for another ten minutes
. Serve hot and make sure not to overcook
