Some of us may have packed on the pounds when lockdown hit, I know I did. Stress eating. Stress cooking. Stress-induced everything which has caught up at some point (in my case at least), compelling me to get back to health. I’ve had to find ways to get reacquainted with being well and protecting my gut because every ailment or illness we feel is mostly gut related. A happy gut takes you out of the rut.
