In line with wanting to bring you artisanal and quality meals, it has taken me some time to gear up for this new endeavour of mine.  I have to wanted to make sure execution was flawless and perfect in taste and presentation.  I will be having party platters for your potluck, home and entertainment needs.  I have chosen a different concept too since I am not a caterer and do not want to scrimp on ingredients or sacrifice quality and flavour.  My kitchen will be serving one dish that will change every two months.  A lot of it will also be based on what is abundant and in season for the month because I like to use herbs a lot.

First up for September to October, will be my Wagyu Salpicao.  Some have already been ordering but I have not announced it since it took me time to find the right meat supplier.  I want it tender for all of you when you re heat the dish in your homes. The photos you will see here are just a sneak peek of what is about to be served in the coming months.

And there will be so much more.  I want to have dishes that are not too common either so that there is always something new to try.  I will also have classics but with a twist on taste to tickle your palates and make your dining experience savoury. Prices will be given upon request when you order.
