I have eaten at The Ivy many times over, yet the feeling of happiness once nestled comfortably in my seat is unchanging. The menu is nouvelle American cuisine.  Basic comfort food done well with no fanfare or an over the top layering of tastes.   The place is filled with blooms; real, painted, on their fabrics and the tableware.  Vibrant colours are in every corner and detail which has brought me to the conclusion that The Ivy is actually good for my soul!

This Los Angeles hot spot has been around for just a couple of years yet is so popular and known for its celebrity sightings.  Which is why the place is always packed.  Lines are sometimes long and you are sure to see paparazzi on their guard.  So we made sure we had reservations for our “girls only” lunch.  I hope you like what you see as I share a little joy and inspiration on this beautiful Sunday.  Who knows, you may pick up a decorating idea or two for your personal spaces.
