What To Expect – Gourmand Market!

Not everyone has been to the Borough Market in London or the Mercato San Miguel in Spain.  These markets are highly addicting and such a sensory experience for both the young and not so young.  Most of all, it is comprised of the most specialised and artisanal fare that will keep you coming back for more.  You will gain awareness about how these products are made as you interact with the makers themselves.  The first thing you will notice when you encounter the goods and confections in these markets, is how clean and free from chemicals and additives each product has.

Look no further, because at the end of this month comes The Gourmand Market!  Our very own, in Manila.  The first of its kind.  A very well thought of and stringently tested merchant roster will be presenting their products with pride for all of you to get to know what we now have in our midst.  Ready to serve you, eagerly.  Here are just a few of what you can expect…

The Gourmand Market was conceptualised by the very passionate and hardworking, Patricia Panlilio (nawwTy’s kitchen) and her equally industrious partners, Dara David-Roa (brand events planner), Julia Morales (legal) and Dong Ronquillo (Head of Marketing for the Gourmand Market).  They asked me to join and I readily agreed, enthusiastic to be a part of something I feel our countries dining scene is ready for.
